Systematic Literature Review on Risks Associated with Dispersed Knowledge Management in Open Innovation

A inovação aberta e a gestão do conhecimento disperso são estratégias essenciais para a competitividade e a inovação nas organizações modernas. Essas abordagens permitem que as empresas transcendam suas fronteiras internas, aproveitando um espectro mais amplo de ideias e conhecimentos. No entanto, a implementação dessas estratégias vem acompanhada de desafios significativos, especialmente relacionados aos riscos de gerenciar conhecimento disperso e integrar contribuições externas de forma eficaz. Esses riscos podem afetar negativamente a eficiência e o sucesso dos projetos de inovação. Utilizando o processo de revisão sistemática, este estudo visa compreender os riscos associados à gestão do conhecimento disperso na inovação aberta e identificar estratégias eficazes para sua mitigação. Os resultados preliminares apontam para a importância de mecanismos robustos de gestão de conhecimento e colaboração, destacando a necessidade de equilibrar a abertura e a proteção da propriedade intelectual em projetos de inovação. Este trabalho contribui para a literatura ao fornecer insights sobre como as organizações podem navegar pelos desafios da inovação aberta, promovendo a gestão eficaz do conhecimento disperso.
