Revisión sistemática de la literatura sobre los riesgos asociados a la gestión del conocimiento disperso en la innovación abierta

La innovación abierta y la gestión del conocimiento disperso son estrategias esenciales para la competitividad y la innovación en las organizaciones modernas. Estos enfoques permiten a las empresas trascender sus fronteras internas, aprovechando un espectro más amplio de ideas y conocimientos. Sin embargo, implementar estas estrategias conlleva desafíos importantes, especialmente relacionados con los riesgos de gestionar el conocimiento disperso y de integrar las contribuciones externas de manera efectiva. Estos riesgos pueden afectar negativamente la eficiencia y el éxito de los proyectos de innovación. Utilizando el proceso de revisión sistemática, este estudio tiene como objetivo comprender los riesgos asociados con la gestión del conocimiento disperso en innovación abierta e identificar estrategias efectivas para mitigarlos. Los resultados preliminares señalan la importancia de contar con mecanismos sólidos de gestión del conocimiento y colaboración, destacando la necesidad de equilibrar la apertura y la protección de la propiedad intelectual en los proyectos de innovación. Este trabajo contribuye a la literatura al proporcionar información sobre cómo las organizaciones pueden afrontar los desafíos de la innovación abierta y al mismo tiempo promover la gestión eficaz del conocimiento disperso.
