The article presents discussion between the authors about the Law, Development and Impact of Judicial Decisions in an event organized by ENFAM, whose objective was discussed about what the role of Judicial Branch in the judgment of judicial demands that are based on the social development. From a historical perspective and a brasilian social reality, the authors, of in due proportion to the lines, make questions and propose ways for the judiciary to act, to deal with such an institutional challenge.
