This paper discusses the dignity of the human person, toward to the
principle of the supremacy of the public interest over private, based on the consideration
that the of human dignity principle has come to occupy central role
in the Federal Constitution of 1988. Thus, this paper discusses one of the main
paradigms- to deal with the conflict of the Supremacy of public interest in the
field of human rights.
