Sars-CoV-2 (the etiological agent of Covid-19) has become a global
catastrophe insofar as it has produced significant losses of human lives, the paralysis
of several economic activities in the world, the closing of the borders of
National States, in addition to the production of Dantesque and morbid scenes.
The present text, using the hypothetical-deductive method, aims to reflect on the
theme based on international law.
