Recognized as the one, who searches innovative ways in terms of architectonic language, Eduardo Longo is known through a huge residential production. He prints in his designs the challenge of breaking out with some of the modern movement paradigms. In his designs for the house at the “married see” and in all his youth phase residential designs, Long shows off characteristics’ freedom lines in the interior spaces and of organic order in his environments. Later he develops a radical way of designing, after his contacts with the counterculture ideas, under the influence of the postmodern movement and the hipersensualism. In his golden phase his productions are characterized by his experience creating the “ball apartment” and its prototypes, the architect from São Paulo wishes for designs that can reach a wider public. During his phase of maturity he regains his activities producing houses with a wider visual contact with the exterior urban area. His worries with the user and the with the privacy valorization; he deals with the singular plastic and creative spatial solutions. These are Eduardo Longo masterpiece peculiarities, which enable the study of his work relevance.Downloads
