This issue of the journal Cadernos de arquitetura e Urbanismo, from the Graduate Program in Architecture and Urbanism at FAU Mackenzie, speculates on other possibilities of thinking about and designing collective and public spaces. Based on sociability’s relationships, shared knowledge and the coexistence between peers, it is possible to negotiate differences, opening up a critical vision of acquired and transmitted knowledge. From these elements, a new perspective emerges, suggesting and promoting a new reasoning and the construction of innovative projects.
