This study is a qualitative exploratory research complemented by a case study focused on the Brazilian financial market and its application of artificial intelligence (Al) in business management. The data collection method involved documentary research based on triangulation from financial reports, academic articles, and interviews with industry experts. In the financial market, the main challenge lies in effectively integrating Al into strategic and operational processes. Al has proven essential in predictive analytics, fraud detection, and personalized financial services, requiring significant investments in technology and training. Companies have been investing in Al solutions, such as machine learning algorithms and intelligent automation, to enhance efficiency and competitiveness. The research also explores how firms use Al to improve decision-making and risk management, identifying trends and benefits. In Brazil, it highlights the rapid growth of Al adoption in the financial sector and its impacts on business management, with emphasis on fintechs and technological governance practices.
