This technological report presents an implementation experience of automated electronic spreadsheets as an integrated management solution in a microenterprise in the agribusiness sector, located in the Integrated Development Region of the Petrolina-Juazeiro Hub (RIDE), in the Brazilian Semi-arid. The intervention was carried out using an action research methodology and resulted in the development of low-cost tools, structured in modules with relational logic between departments, cross-data validation, and automated generation of dynamic reports. The solution led to significant improvements in data accuracy, operational sector integration, and workforce traceability, as well as considerable time savings in administrative routines. The active involvement of employees, combined with the use of accessible and context-adapted technologies, contributed to the strengthening of a digital organizational culture and the consolidation of innovative practices aligned with the principles of frugal innovation and appropriate technology. It is expected that its replication in similar contexts will contribute to the professionalization of management, resource optimization especially in workforce allocation and the strengthening of local innovation ecosystems in the Brazilian Semi-arid.
