This study aims is to present a report on the solutions implemented to minimize transaction costs caused by high employees’ turnover in the Supply Chain area in a multinational company in the retail food segment called C5 Alimentos. The report is based on the methodology practical and applied for work by Marcondes et al. (2017) used for improving business performance by proposing problem-solving and/or opportunities development which comprises the steps of understanding the problem, diagnosis, proposal, action plan, intervention, and evaluation. From the problem understanding and the diagnosis of main turnover causes in the company’s supply operation, it was possible to reduce costs, raise the levels of efficiency and employees’ productivity, and preserve the company’s financial and intellectual capital and its image as an employer brand.Downloads
