Abstract

The restructuring process of Brazilian industry, from the 1990s, particularly in the Metropolitan Region of São Paulo, is the result of competing needs that arise, leading to marketing constraints increasingly complex and dynamic. In this context, optimization of resources for production is the reason for constant adjustments in the processes of corporate management, production and distribution, with the formulation of new architectural spaces and locations. The needs that arise for industries and logistics companies seek to make these spaces where they can share administrative and managerial services to minimize operating costs, enhanced by environmental laws and land use rigid, high cost of land, difficulties in re spaces of the former causing the displacement of industries. This work aims to establish a critical evaluation of architectural and urban projects in industrial parks and logistics, in Sao Paulo, forward contemporaries’ parameters.
