El artículo presenta una relación entre derecho a la educación y la libertad religiosa dentro del contexto histórico y sus consecuencias en el ámbito jurídico estatal, relata los términos en que estos derechos se presentan en las normas internacionales de derechos humanos que cobijan a Europa, y finaliza analizando las principales decisiones emitidas por el Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos que tratan de la interacción de estos dos derechos.Downloads
