Análise do Perfil Comportamental do Investidor

O objetivo desse trabalho é propor uma alteração na redação do art. 3º da Resolução 30 da Comissão de Valores Mobiliários de 11 de maio de 2021 a fim de incluir a obrigatoriedade de que as instituições mencionadas no art. 2º passem a avaliar o viés de confirmação dos investidores como um componente da Análise de Perfil de Investidores - API. Pode-se classificar este artigo como um problem-oriented research e se vale como método da pesquisa documental e a revisão narrativa de literatura para analisar e discutir as questões relevantes e que corroboram com a solução do seu objetivo. Como contribuição sugere-se a inclusão da necessidade de avaliação do viés de confirmação na Análise de Perfil de Investidor – API.
