Contributions of Bakhtinian discourse analysis to the study of educational public policies as a political phenomenon

This article aimed to discuss discourse analysis in the light of Bakhtin and his contributions, as a qualitative data analysis technique, to the study of public educational policies as a political phenomenon, from a critical perspective. To do this, he used as an example the application of Bakhtinian discourse analysis in the treatment of part of the data from a doctoral research in Education in development. Firstly, he carried out a bibliographical study on Bakhtin's contributions to discourse analysis. Subsequently, as a result, he presented a systematization proposal for the application of discourse analysis to research on public educational policies.
