São Paulo's Master Plan and the Appropriation of Public Spaces

This article proposes a study of the main changes in the new Master Plan of São Paulo, approved in 2014, from the point of view of the appropriation of public spaces. The new instruments of the plan suggest that the city´s public spaces may be reclaimed by its dwellers.
