Abstract

This study aims to discuss the results of the performance of a work group focused on the pedagogical training of university teachers of a college located in the city of São Paulo. The work group is composed by professors who, in the last three years, have planned and executed actions for the continued training of more than three hundred teachers of the face-to-face undergraduate program. Considering the remote work caused by the Covid 19 pandemic, it was possible to perform a quantitative analysis of the data for the year 2019 and a qualitative one for subsequent years. The results demonstrate the impact of low professionalization of teachers in the search for pedagogical improvement, even if it happens collaboratively.
