Medidas de Qualidade de Vida para Crianças: Aspectos Conceituais e Metodológicos

Resumen

Nos últimos anos, o interesse pela qualidade de vida e sua avaliação cresceu também na Psicologia. A possibilidade da utilização de qualidade de vida como medida de significância clínica de resultados psicoterapêuticos tem motivado inúmeros estudos e o desenvolvimento de vários instrumentos, principalmente para adultos. A carência de trabalhos nessa área com foco na população infantil é destacada no presente artigo, bem como os principais aspectos conceituais e metodológicos do assunto. Apresentam-se reflexões sobre os critérios a ser utilizados na avaliação de medidas de qualidade de vida para crianças e as possíveis aplicações de tais medidas.
