This article aims to analyze the Law Proposal 246/2019 from the
congresswoman Bia Kicis which proposed the implementation of the Escola sem Partido in
brazilian schools. This analysis is focused on the internal and external problems of the original
text from the law proposal. based on the works of Althusser and Bakhtin with some
commentaries based on Paulo Freire. We found contradictions within the text and problems
with the definitions of “ideology”, “indoctrination” and the role of the teacher in the classroom
as a whole.
