Catia 1100, is a project interested in the social construction of the environment, using strategies of integrated physical intervention, participatory and driven by the demand of sectors of the population that made a network, diverse and open of collaborative identities in action on the territory. This system of projects is, above all, a proposal to develop new-other perspectives beyond the dominant normative planning, to think about the conditions and ways of acting in common, and make of these organizational operations, local cultural practices and integration of knowledge, recognizable and usable protocols of open urban planning, expanding the social context that shapes us through reinforcing the role of citizens in urban production.
