Analysis of the Conditions of Use and Occupation of HIS, Located in the City ff Pelotas - ZB2, Recommended in RTQ-R in the Computer Simulation Method
Keywords:
RTQ-R, computer simulation, parameters of use and occupationAbstract
The RTQ-R uses computer simulation as an evaluation method, analyzing in its content parameters of use and occupation. However, some aspects do not have a specific approach for each area or region. This generalization leads to the question, if indeed the parameters used in thermoenergetic performance simulations of social housing are in line with the reality of users. The main objective of this research is to analyze the influence of the use and occupation of the users in thermoenergetic performance of social housing in ZB 2. The methodology of work consists of a data field survey, which was conducted through structured questionnaires, seeking to obtain parameters to be entered in the computer models developed for thermoenergetic simulation. We selected four housing projects in Pelotas whithin the salary range III of the MCMV program as an object of study. The studied buildings were simulated through the software Energy Plus. The results show that the data differ from regulation in some aspects. The ENCE of the envelopment of the models did not change even when the research schedules have been considered. The results showed that the constructive aspects prevail in relation to the use and occupation parameters.Downloads
