Veronica Stigger: rasurando a origem pela montagem midiática

In her work, Veronica Stigger deconstructs concepts such as text, book, and origin. To this end, she engages with various media, combining them in ways that transform them into something entirely new—an unexpected montage. This is particularly evident in Delírio de Damasco (2012) and Opisanie świata (2013), which will be analyzed in this study through the following theoretical lenses: media transformation and combination (Jørgen Bruhn, 2020), the concept of montage (Didi-Huberman, 2016), and the etching technique. This study aims to demonstrate how Stigger, through a transgressive and discontinuous approach, challenges any fixed notion of origin by revealing the creative potential of reproduction.
