Calidad de Vida, Ansiedad y Depresión en los Cuidadores de los Niños con Neoplasia Cerebral

Resumen

Este artículo tiene como objetivo caracterizar en términos socio-demográfico los cuidadores de los niños con neoplasia cerebral tratados en un hospital público em Aracaju-SE y investigar la percepción de ese grupo cuanto su calidad de vida, ansiedad y depresión. Participaron del estúdio 32 cuidadores de uma muestra por conveniência y fueron utilizados 3 instrumentos: cuestionario de datos sócio-demográficos, WHOQOL-bref y HADS. La muestra indicó que 100% de los cuidadores son madres y abuelas. Em la evaluación de la calidad de vida de los cuidadores, el dominio físico obtuvo evaluación de 58,7; social, 57,6; ambiental, 43,8; y psicológico, 55,6. La prevalencia de ansiedad en la muestra fue del 50% y la depresión, 46,9%. La percepción de la calidad de vida de los cuidadores fue moderada. El dominio social fue el factor relevante para la depresión y el dominio físico fue el factor relevante para la ansiedad.
