The Suitability of Transsexual Sex: Psychological, Medical and Juridical Aspect

Abstract
The sex suitability surgery is of therapeutics nature, it isn`t a punishing violence. The individual doesn`t want to change the Sex, only. The suitability is imposed to him in a irresistible way, so, he doesn`t complain more than the setting of his physical appearence according to his true sex: the psychological sex. The law, the psychology and the medicine must contribute to the decrease of the people`s suffering, recognizing the right of the transsexual to suit his genital and his documentation.
