Abstract

This article aims to identify the effects of productive characteristics and the labor market for the work strategy for the labor market strategy does not aim to seek the objective of seeking the effects of productive characteristics and the labor market . To achieve this goal, two methods are used. The first part consists of using the Oaxaca B973 decomposition, from the decomposition of the explained focus (characteristics of wages) and the part not consistent with using the average wages of the work differential, using the wage defined as the explained focus ( characteristics of) and the undifferentiated part to work as the worker, classified as the explained focus (characteristics of) and the differentiated part. -explained (“possible discrimination”). And the second method is applied to estimate the quant-regressions and regressions for three 25°,50°. results indicate that productive attributes do not help in the wage differential between women and the unexplained component indicates that the effect tends to increase the difference between these agents. By results of RIF regressions between all discriminatory groups studied, along the sample quantiles, along the last sample quantiles. It was also observed that higher-education way positively everywhere as well.
