Salud Mental Y Temas Expressados em Facebook em um Escenario de Covid-19 em Mozambique

La pandemia de Covid-19 causó muchos impactos en la salud mental de muchas personas en todo el mundo. Este estudio tiene como objetivo analizar los aspectos y temas de salud mental expresados por los mozambiqueños en los comentarios de Facebook después del anuncio del primer caso de Covid-19 en el país. Mediante análisis de contenido y con la ayuda de IRaMuTeQ®, se procesó un corpus textual de 44 comentarios del perfil oficial de Facebook del Ministerio de Salud local. Los resultados presentados a través de un clúster muestran que los usuarios expresaron sentimientos de preocupación por ser un caso importado por un mozambiqueño; necesidad de compartir información y noticias falsas; y preocupaciones sobre la pérdida de información importante del individuo infectado y otras personas con las que tuvo contacto. Los temas discutidos estuvieron relacionados con las medidas preventivas para combatir el Covid-19 y la creencia/confianza en la misericordia de Dios. Así, teniendo en cuenta que durante la pandemia muchas personas utilizan las redes sociales para expresar sus opiniones y sentimientos, este estudio es muy importante porque puede ayudar a las entidades de salud en el monitoreo de la salud mental y dar seguimiento a temas que están siendo discutidos por la población en este ámbito. período. Este hecho ayudará a establecer estrategias de intervención urgentes para evitar desenlaces que puedan ser más graves a corto o largo plazo.
