The Change of behavior due to awareness is an essential factor in order to change the actual production and consumer patterns. So that a new vision can emerge, it is necessary that there be a process of change in the responsibility in both the producers as well as the consumers. In this perspective, education emerges as a transforming agent, as it sensitizes and stimulates the individual to exert his consumer-citizen role. Considering that the changes are also present in the business environment, the established idea is that Education for Sustainability (EfS) in the Business Administration Courses acts as a base for a conscious decision which is made by future management. The making of decisions, in other words, the making of choices that take the principles of Sustainability into account requires the critical and reflective formation of the practitioners. The present study has the objective to understand how the EfS can contribute to the conscious decision making process of the Administration students. The methodological approach adopted was quantitative. The initial phase identified the students’ conscious consumer behavior. Thus, further discussions suggest, the EfS can act as a mirror so that new behavior and actions can be incorporated in the training of this future manager and that the reflection of this new vision can be spread as a commitment for a more sustainable society. Thus, the contribution of this study is to align the idea of consciousness to the decision management, based on EfS.
