This paper aimed to understand the management students' evaluations and intentions regarding the environmental and social management, and the influences from the personal values related with the human-nature relationship. A field study was conducted, with data collected from 193 undergraduate management students of institutions from three Brazilian states (Ceará, Paraíba and Rio de Janeiro). The procedures for data analysis were performed using descriptive statistics (means and standard deviations), and bivariate analysis (analysis of variance and correlation). According to the results, it was verified the existence of a negative relationship of conservatism anthropocentric evaluation with the importance of social and environmental management in the course, and with their interest in involvement with the area in the future. Moreover, and contrary to expectations, these evaluations and interests had no relationship with the perception of human dominion over nature.
