CRITICAL FACTORS OF SUCCESS IN THE PORCESS OF FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIETY OF EXPORT IN THE SECTION OF MAKINGS
Abstract
One of the principal characteristics of the current environment of businesses and of administration it has been the performance under the form of new arrangements organizational, based in practice of beginnings of the social nets. In this context, the export society have been a practice used for small and averages companies as a mechanism capable to generate larger managerial competitiveness. Starting from these considerations, the present article has as objective identifies a group of factors that take to the success or the failure of the export society in the section of makings in Brazil. In methodological terms, a study was accomplished of in case multiple among two experiences of export society in the section of makings in Brazil, using the observation non participant's techniques and accomplishment of interviews with the entrepreneurs of the section and local leaderships. The obtained results show that the success in export society depends on the existence of a strategic orientation with regard to the constitution of alliances and in a way more government dynamics, capable to articulate in an united and harmonious way all the several ones integral, considering your needs and specific interests.
