LEISURE IN THE DISABLED PERSON’S LIFE: A MATTER OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND TOURISM CONSIDERATION
Abstract
In the last two decades the social inclusive practices for handicapped people have been discussed and work opportunities have been created. This has resulted in an increase of access to services and goods for the handicapped - 10% of world people - and the products haven't been adequately considered in terms of their suitability by the business world. This study aimed to demonstrate how handicapped tourist consumers feel about the kind of services delivered and their suggestions for improving the quality of service provided by tourist offices.
