THE JURIDICAL REGULATION ARISING FROM THE IDEA OF SUSTAINABILITY IN THE ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT

This paper delves into the field of legal anthropology to analyse the juridical regulation stemminng from the idea of sustainability in the organisational context. Supported by Étienne Le Roy's notion of juridicity, the paper aims to broaden the understanding of the juridical phenomenon entangled in the idea of sustainability, highlighting the organisational context. To this end, it draws on bibliographical research, particularly into the context of multijuridism, an approach developed by Le Roy, an approach developed by Le Roy. The results suggest that regulation with juridical quality transcends normative regulation, which becomes clear when focusing on an idea such as sustainability, which is intensely affected by logics that are not limited to the state ones. It is concluded that there is potential in broadening the vision of juridical regulation, which tends to make analyses (of sustainability and also of other ideas) more adherent to the complexity of the contemporary scene.
