A influência do contrato inteligente na relação entre ecossistema logístico e desempenho logístico em contexto de custo de transação

Résumé

Com este estudo se teve como objetivo examinar a influência do uso do contrato inteligente na relação entre ecossistema logístico e desempenho logístico, sob a ótica dos custos de transação.  Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa exploratória e descritiva em que foram entrevistados dez gestores de organizações de transportes rodoviário de carga, que foram selecionados por conveniência.  A coleta de dados ocorreu no primeiro semestre de 2024. Os resultados apontaram para um cenário de fragilidade no que se refere ao conhecimento sobre Smart Contract e suas questões tecnológicas. Constatou-se que para alguns gestores, mesmo usando tecnologias de gerenciamento da empresa, ainda assim, eles mantêm o uso de indicadores basilares.  Em relação aos custos de transação, os entrevistados têm a compreensão da necessidade de maior controle, mas argumentam sobre a dificuldade de identificar esses custos. O desempenho logístico é preocupação dos gestores, mas com tímidos indicadores e processos não muito claros.
