Qualidade de vida de cuidadores de crianças com transtorno do espectro autista: revisão da literatura
Resumo
O transtorno do espectro autista (TEA) é uma alteração no neurodesenvolvimento, que se manifestanoiníciodainfânciaequetemtrazidoindagaçõespertinentesnoâmbitocientífico porsetratardeumdiagnósticoqueatinge1%dapopulaçãogeral eaindanãoapresentauma causa etiológica definida. A família da criança com TEA , necessita de cuidado e suporte de profissionais habilitados. Considerando isso, este artigo trata-se de uma revisão sistemática daliteratura,comafinalidadederesponderasseguintesperguntas:Qualoestadodaartedas investigações sobre a QV dos pais de crianças com TEA? Quais as principais características que a literatura evidencia sobre o tema? Assim, o objetivo foi analisar a produção científica publicada nos anos de 2016 e 2017sobre a temática. A busca bibliográfica foi realizada no PortalCapes,incluindoosdescritores:“QualidadedeVida”e“Cuidadores”combinadacom “Autismo”, nos idiomas português e inglês. Foram identificados 746 artigos, destes 18 se enquadraram nos critérios pré-estabelecidos. Constatou-se que os estudos nesta temática ainda são precários e, dentre os existentes, tem-se uma expressividade de dados que descrevem que os cuidadores de crianças em TEA apresentam prejuízos relacionados aos fatores psicológicos e a ausência de suportesocial.
