Intervenções Psicológicas em Grupo na Modalidade Online: Uma Revisão de Escopo

Resumo

As intervenções psicológicas em grupo na modalidade online estão em plena expansão global, especialmente após a propagação da pandemia da Covid-19. Com o objetivo de identificar as características desse tipo de intervenção, conduzimos uma revisão de escopo. Foram analisados artigos publicados de 1º de janeiro de 2010 a 11 de novembro de 2021, em seis bases de dados: Scopus, Medline via Pubmed, PsycInfo, LILACS, IndexPsi e SciELO. No total, foram analisados 54 artigos. Os resultados dos estudos evidenciaram que as intervenções online proporcionaram uma redução significativa ou até mesmo remissão dos sintomas-alvo, com destaque para depressão, ansiedade e estresse, além de melhorias nas habilidades sociais, de comunicação, de vida, nas estratégias de enfrentamento, na qualidade de vida e na regulação emocional. Quanto à percepção dos participantes em relação à modalidade online, a maioria avaliou a experiência de forma positiva, sentindo-se incluídos, conectados e seguros durante o processo terapêutico. Assim, compreendemos que esse tipo de intervenção pode ser aplicado não apenas em situações de impedimento, como pandemias, mas também quando há impossibilidade de deslocamento ou escassez/inexistência de acesso à psicoterapia na região, devendo ser considerado pelas políticas públicas de atenção à saúde mental.
